Di sungai Rio Dulce dekat sebuah kastil abad ke-16 semenanjung Tortugal Boutique River Lodge bermandikan oleh hampir konstan pada angin pantai yang menyediakan tempat yang dingin dan menyegarkan. What did we like? All of it! The rooms are tastefully decorated. They were very comfy, despite being in the middle of nature. Attentive staff, picked us up to and fro Rio Dulce. Good food, cold beers. Very refreshing to be able to jump in the river when hot!

El Hotelito Perdido adalah tempat persembunyian hutan kecil yang terletak di tengah-tengah Taman Nasional Rio Dulce. This was genuinely the highlight of my 3 weeks in Guatemala. Stunning location, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and the owners were so warm and friendly. Couldn't advise more

Hotel Posada Stella Maris di Puerto Barrios mempunyai akomodasi bintang 5 dengan taman dan lounge bersama. There is big enough and clean room with nice moutain views balcony. Also there is shared kitchen can be used. Very warm and helpful host. It is located Santo Tomas de castile, easy to take a taxi ( 30 GTQ ) or chicken bus( 3GTQ) from puerto Barrios center. Recommend to take couple days to chill out. There is walkable to beach and waterfall. The accommodation fee all goes to charity.

Terletak di Izabal, 45 km dari Castillo de San Felipe de Lara, Reserva Natural Cañón Seacacar menawarkan akomodasi dengan taman, parkir pribadi gratis, dan teras. Perfect place hidden in a small village. It’s the only accommodation in the village and has been build to help the local community. The first language in the village is Q’eqchi, the children are now learning Spanish in school from about age 5. The staff of the hotel is from the village and for them it is a place to learn and work in tourism. They are all very friendly and helpful. If you want to have a great Guatemalan experience in one of the most beautiful places of Guatemala, where the crowds don’t go (yet), this is where you want to go! I reached the hotel by a two hour trail that is insanely beautiful, constructed by the people of the village, easy to follow and a good climb to two wooden miradors with lake and jungle views. Always with the sound of absolutely fantastic river ‘sauce’ on the background. The next day I went down on a tube and they carried my bag down. The tubing in the river is what will drop your yaws!! Absolutely beautiful, a cañón with high Walls on both sides. Everything is well organized and clean. It absolutely worth a visit! I’m writing this review because I could not believe that I was the only tourist there (on a Saturday)! You will not regret your visit and you will probably (hopefully) write a similar review to help this village and the people creating a better future for there town. There are several projects ongoing, including deforestation! Go and enjoy jungle, river and peace while enjoying great food and comfortable accommodation(affordable too!)

Terletak di Lívingston, Livingston Resort Hotel menawarkan akomodasi tepi pantai yang berjarak beberapa langkah dari Pantai North Livingston dan menawarkan berbagai fasilitas seperti taman, teras,... Huge suite with 2 balconies. The kids were very happy to have their own seperate bedrooms! Beautiful and clean pool.

Casa Nostra mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Lívingston. Management and all staff were super friendly, accommodating, and professional. We also loved our view on the large balcony. The hotel restaurant is outstanding, excellent food with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. We would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in the area.

Terletak di Rio Dulce, Hotel Kangaroo y Restaurante mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, bar, dan WiFi gratis di seluruh area akomodasi. The hotel is on a peaceful part of the river. The rooms are rustic but nicely done and very clean. We were worried about not having air conditioning but the fan worked well and we slept great. It cools down considerably at night. Shower has hot water and was better thanks shower in Flores. Free pick up and drop off in Rio Dulce with good communication. Meals were excellent and well priced. We used their tour to go up the lake to Livingstone and it was a highlight of our trip. We also rented a kayak to paddle across to the castle and along the river.The owners are very nice and helpful. If you are debating about staying here versus either Rio Dulce or Livingston, we definitely recommend Kangaroo. The towns are not nice to stay in.

Terletak di Lívingston, Hotel La Casa Rosada mempunyai taman, teras, bar, dan WiFi gratis di seluruh area akomodasi. Good location on the water, places to seat and hammocks. The place got a restaurant with a lot of options. Also you can rent boards / kayaks and book tours / shuttles.

Hotel El Reformador di Puerto Barrios mempunyai akomodasi bintang 4 dengan taman, teras, dan bar. Staff was super friendly. Incuded breakfast was very good. Great shower with good water pressure.

Terletak di Rio Dulce, 13 menit jalan kaki dari Castillo de San Felipe de Lara, Banana Palms Hotel menawarkan akomodasi dengan kolam renang outdoor, parkir pribadi gratis, taman, dan lounge bersama. River view, restaurant & amenities were just right!
