The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. We had the privacy we needed, we were visiting with my sister and her family to celebrate my mum’s special birthday. The hotel was a short walk from the Kumasi Shopping Mall. The swimming pool was cleaned every time we wanted to use it. The staff was very attentive, patient, polite, helpful and professional. The Ghanaian dishes for breakfast, etc were absolutely delicious and they did a good job mostly of keeping things hot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A new family run hotel, they were still in the process of doing up some of the rooms when I arrived (Dec 2022) but it should be completed very soon. Large spacious rooms. Pleasant grounds to sit in outside and a nice balcony spot for eating breakfast in the morning! Staff/management very willing to help and advise and also to arrange taxis if necessary. I will certainly return on my next trip to Kumasi!

Location! it’s right inside the cultural centre and across the street from Ike’s Bar and Grill restaurant, which is one of my favs in Kumasi. The staff is also tentative and friendly and available whenever you need them. I felt like I was home. The decor is so rustic and authentically African, an aesthetic I adore. I can tell all the pieces in my room were curated by local artisans which made me happy.

Very clean, beautiful, traditional hotel. The breakfast was well above average, and the coffee very tasty, too. Frank and his staff were very welcoming and easy to talk to, Saheida(sp.) Kept the in-room refreshments stocked and did a very nice job on some laundry we needed to have done. My husband and I would highly recommend Four Villages, they made our return trip to Kumasi a good one.

This is one of the best apartments in Kumasi i must say two bedroom apartments in Kumasi with a standby generator stepping into the room you’ve full big size living room which spacious area a modern kitchen with a dining space and a clean bathroom the second bedroom has a similar to the master bedroom you should definitely check it out

They were very responsive, and the standard as a guesthouse exceeded my expectations. I can gladly compare them to the topmost hotels in Kumasi. I recommend this guesthouse to anyone travelling to Kumasi because it's also in the middle of the city, and all the restaurants are easily reachable.

very clean and the staff was on point and respectful and kind!! and they always pick up their calls even after midnight and they are always alert to help!! the facilities in this hotel well kept and clean and I think it’s the best place in Kumasi and nice and calm area

Baffour Apartment is proximity to public transportation, in serene surroundings, very peaceful neighborhood. We only stayed 3 days in Kumasi and I enjoyed it very much. I will choose Baffour Apartment again and also recommend this stay to my friends

Excellent people and hostel in kumasi. Clean and tidy place with amazing breakfast. Walkable distance to shoprite for buying any essentials. Stc or vip bus station(to other locations of ghana) is 20cedi ride from the hostel. Nice vibe in the hostel

I LOVE this place, very peaceful with great staff especially Rose. she always makes sure everything is ok and is always available when you need anything. This will be the only place that i will stay when i’m in kumasi. TOP NOTCH APARTMENTS.

Nothing wow it’s the west hotel I have seen in Kumasi wow the rooms are too old , mosquitoes , Water leaking,the only good thing is the workers 😡😡😡

excellent place in Kumasi if big hotels are not your preferred option

the rooms have a good amount of space. My room had a bedroom and a separate room with a sofa and a kitchen. The location is walking distance from the mall which is convenient as there is a grocery store there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Having a pool is great as it is quite hot in Ghana and it was nice to be able to cool off and sit outside. Breakfast delivery was prompt and accurate.
