Aroha Taveuni Beachfront Bures is a 20-minute drive from Matei Airport (Taveuni Island Airport). Just yards from the beach, it features a 10-yard infinity pool and free Wi-Fi access. We cannot recommend this place more. Small resort with very personable service (for example airport pickup by the owner!), immaculately clean and great food and drinks available for a fair price. The location next to a local village makes it great; you have all the luxury of a resort but can also get in touch with ‘the real Fiji’. Stunning coral reef just in front of the resort. Great day trips. Loved the outdoor shower!

Fantastic location, super comfortable home, amazing caretakers...Robert and Vinna were the BEST!!! They helped us with whatever we needed... meals, activities, massage, friendly conversation. Oceanfront location with proximity to other services if needed (grocery store, airport, other resort restaurants). Small number of guest cottages/guests on site. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated all of the information provided before we arrived to insure a comfortable and pleasant experience. Excellent snorkeling within a short boat ride from the property.

Located a short walk from Taveuni Beach, Maravu Taveuni Lodge offers accommodations with access to the beach and a colorful and vibrant reef. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Everything was fabulous, the food, the people, the room, the surroundings, the local beach. Perfect, I could not have asked for a better place to experience the beauty of Taveuni. Activities could be organised at the lodge and information and advice was always given freely. The staff there were all lovely, big shout out to Khali!! The gardens are beautiful and perfect to hang out in reading a book or relaxing (just beware of coconuts!) there is a lovely beach nearby with some food places and good snorkelling. I did some diving with Taveuni Ocean Sports (can organise through the lodge) and wow, just wow. Vinaka vaka levu, I will be back!

Beautiful newly built spot with friendly owners and a nice view. Built as an educational camp, but they also take bookings in between. Unique domes and a nice, deep pool.
