A very unusual experience - staying in a posh beautifully renovated mansion felt like a treat. The breakfast was delicious, and they also have a well rated restaurant inside.

Everything! Huge room and comfortable bed, a balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. The hotel has a homey family atmosphere. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Gema and Alfonso were super nice and helpful with everything we wanted during the whole stay. I really recommend this vacation! P.S. Go for a dinner at Alfonso's restaurant, it's really good!!!! Would have given it a 20 if it was possible.

Dette lille, attraktive hotellet er over 100 år gammelt, og ligger i den pittoreske kantabriske landsbyen Puente de Viesgo, berømt for sine forhistoriske huler og fantastiske landlige omgivelser. We were travelling by motorcycle and the nice girl who greeted us let us park in a safe place in the garden which we appreciated. Breakfast was good. The garden was very pretty and drinks were good value. They do a lunch menu of the day until 16:00 which was popular , but as we went out walking we ate from the standard menu at night. It was very clean everywhere and staff were friendly and helpful considering we do not speak Spanish.

Situated in Selaya, 35 km from Santander Port, Habitaciones Casona De Linares features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and barbecue facilities. Incredibly beautiful house, lovingly restored/maintained. Ana is really really kind and takes care of any and all needs. It's also lovely and quiet whilst very close to the town center.

Palacio De Trasvilla is in Escobedo De Villafufre, in the Cantabrian countryside, a 30-minute drive from Santander Airport. It features an outdoor pool, and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Totally unique. Literally like staying in a small palace as it was so luxurious! Our host was most helpful and very friendly.

Gran Hotel Puente Balneario Viesgo features a luxury spa, fitness centre and free parking. It is set in attractive gardens by Cantabria’s River Pas and is 28km from Santander. Lovely location in the hills. Great pool and breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Good parking We used it as a base for a cycle ride and hike. We also had a lovely dinner in the cafeteria which is in a garden setting

Set in Saro, Akla Hotel Suites Valles Pasiegos has a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi. Private parking is available. Cabarceno is a 23-minute drive from the property. Nice quiet location. Room was spacious. Bed very large. Staff were all nice, especially Raul, who was extremely helpful.

Villa Arce Hotel offers a shared garden, a terrace and free WiFi throughout in Puente Viesgo. Suances Beach is 30 minutes’ drive away and Santander is 40 km away. Excellent location, quiet, clean and very friendly and helpful staff
