Excellent location within walking distance to the train station (~1.5km) and to the Pisa tower (~0.5km). The host was very kind to welcome us into the property and show us to our room. We liked that they have a tie up with a nice cafe for an Italian breakfast which included coffee, croissant some bread and juice. They were all very good 👍 The walls are not modern thick/with insulation so expect a bit of noise in the morning when they city wakes up, but we didn't mind that at all.

Arte' Boutique Hotel is situated in Florence, within 200 metres of Accademia Gallery. This hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. Aneta is the heart of this place. My first journey to Florence started with her warmest greetings; her unostentatious recommendations about exploring the region, and her diligent attitude toward her work which kept fascinating me throughout my stay, - up to the very last moment of departure, when my taxi to the station that I asked for in advance arrived precisely to a second (such level of orchestrating everything is very impressive for not a 5-star hotel). No words to find to describe the team's professionalism and kindness! - The hotel location is simply great. 2 minutes of walk from Duomo. The location is very central and comfortable. You can even hear the sound of its magic bell ringing out of the hotel's window. - It also feels safe there which is important. Shopping streets, good restaurants, and museums are close by. - The breakfast at the hotel is very pleasant. Quite simple and basic, but has all the range of healthy choices (fresh fruit, eggs, fresh orange juice, artisanal cheese, etc.), and, again, the energy of the place is great, so you have all the chances to receive a charge of positive energy in the morning when starting your day. - They also offered me a welcome drink which was a nice gesture from their side, and a pleasant moment for me in the evening after a long walk through the charming streets of Firenze.

Located in Livorno and with Livorno Port reachable within 600 metres, Agave in Città provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, free bikes, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge.... We loved our stay here. Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
