I loved everything about my stay. The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They woke up very early when I needed to go on a tour, to make sure I had a fresh breakfast to take with me. They arranged for an airport, shuttle to and from the airport for me. Even upgraded me to of their most lovely rooms because I was staying for such an extended period of time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The Wi-Fi was consistent and strong enough to work and make video calls. I loved enjoying the other amenities around the property, such as the pool and the seating areas. Everything is as it looks in the photos if not better. Thanks for such an incredible stay!

It is also in a great location and you can easily access most facilities and points of interest within Victoria Falls. The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was memorable. Serene beautiful environment in a lush tropical garden. Everything is carefully maintained. The exquisite interior is designed with an eye for details and colours and provides interesting information about the area and history. The staff was very attentive, courteous, always helpful and went the extra mile. The lovely owners looked themselves after the well being of all guests. They recommended activities and restaurants and the lodge helped us with the bookings. The cozy rooms are lovely decorated and the comfortable bed guarantees a restful sleep. The breakfast was tasty, the coffee very good and the eggs delicious, in particular I loved the Egg Benedict. Throughout our stay we felt well taken care of and enjoyed every moment. When coming back to Victoria Falls surely we will stay again in Courtney Lodge.

Africa nature at it's best! Clean, easily accessible cottage. Very quiet, safe place to stay. Services were friendly, helpful and meals were delicious. Views of the bush with a pond! Sit on the front porch and see baboons, rhino, antelope, giraffe and Impala. What a treat! Will go back

We really enjoyed the pool (and the monkeys and mongoose). It was great to be so close to the safari lodge. We went to see the vultures and had a drink while watching the animals at the waterhole. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a shuttle to take you around and certain times and will also pick you up. If you can't make the shuttle, the front desk will call a taxi for you. The breakfast was also very nice and included a lot of options (cereal, full English, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice). The location is in an area near a lot of other lodges, but it's less than a 10 minute drive to the main part of town where shops and restaurants are.
