Charming apartment for holidays with family or friends at the edge of Orient Bay beach. * 100 meters from the beach * large swimming pool in the residence * in the heart of the village of Orient Bay (Orient Bay) with the beach, water sports, restaurants and shops on foot * Wifi 100 Mbps * single storey terrace * air conditioning in all rooms * large living room with sofa bed * fully equipped kitchen with washing machine * housing renovated in 2021 The apartment is entirely on one level on the ground floor of a small charming residence made up of a dozen apartments. Refurbished in 2021, it is tastefully decorated and offers great amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The living room and bedroom are fully air conditioned. The 100 Mbps WiFi allows you to have fun or telecommute without worries. You will enjoy free parking in the residence right next to the accommodation. Orient Bay is the most sought-after tourist area in the French part: * magnificent white sand beach with turquoise sea * restaurants and beach bars with deckchairs for all budgets, * beach activities: jet skiing, kite surfing, sailing ... * shops: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, tobacco ... A car is really optional during your stay. If necessary, you can easily rent a car for a few days to discover the 37 beaches of the island, enjoy the gourmet restaurants of Grand Case, the nightlife of the Dutch side or its duty-free shops.
