Great staff who were all genuinely focused on ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The communication was outstanding with the level of English easily the best we encountered on our 4 week visit to Japan.

The breakfast was very nice sandwiches and it was being sent the night before with some drip coffee to go along with it. Clear information shared before check in, we had been informed that no lift available. Thus, we packed light for the night to reduce the challenge. The receptionists are very friendly and provided clear guide on the room's information during check in. They had helped to carry my mum's bag to the room since we stayed on second floor.

This modern Japanese hotel was a delight. Perched about 5 kilometres from the waterfront, it was quiet location with plenty of available parking. If you require lovely, spacious accommodation without the need for hot pools and hotel type amenities, this facility is perfect. We were greeted by a charming and friendly receptionist, who conveniently for us, spoke excellent English. Finally, this hotel was well-priced, with a tasty breakfast sandwich provided for early morning sustainance.

A very cosy hotel. Love the woody smell and homey feel. Staff speaks good English and are very friendly. They have a unique arrangement with the local bakeries and deliver breakfast to our room the night before at 8:00pm. The sandwiches and scones are delicious. A light breakfast to start the day with. My family enjoyed our stay!

The staff (they are super helpful) - I emailed them at least 10 times before check-in for many recommendations/booking (onsen, dining, weather forecast), they replied in perfect English. As the weather turned very cold suddenly and I've to change my plan, the staff is so helpful to make all the changes for me. I rented a car but there was issue with the GPS system which can only locate places with map code (instead of telephone number). Hence I have to keep email the staff asking them to check map code for any places I go. They usually reply within 15 minutues (provided that it is between their office opening hours from 3 - 8.30pm). The room is very spacious and clean.

Very clean. Good parking facility. No problem finding parking. Door lock automated with Key Number. Staff are very nice and young and able to speak English well. I sent messages to hotel and got fast responses/action within same day. Will stay again if I want to stay at that area.
