Flexible and understanding staff. We were just transiting from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan and our halt in Shymkent was just for a few hours, even after confusion in booking, the reception staff gave us an option to stay with our luggage and provided space for resting. The bedspace is clean and neat. A common kitchen and living area. Also, the place is close to the main street and cafes.
