Very comfortable bed and room to stay in. The staff is also very nice, and give a lot of recommendation of where to visit. I arrived early to store my luggage and they let me check in immediately. They even have maps. Location is very near to a bus stop that you can use the Hakone free pass, and 10-minute away from the main station. The food at the bar is also good and pretty cheap. Overall a very good place to stay.

Ryo who was the staff at the front desk and housekeeper during our stay talked to all the guests in the communal space and made it a truly special experience.
