Amazing view, well decorated, clean and comfortable sleep, and friendly hosts. Lovely beach with hammocks to chill. 30 min walk to Movie village. Bus timings are infrequent but it was okay with some planning. Host is friendly to help and advise!

Sparky’s House is situated in a very quiet part but yet really conveniently located. The staff is really helpful & knowledgeable. The breakfast included with our stay was served at Sparky’s Cafe, just 4 minutes walk away. Great fruit, yoghurt, eggs & bread with coffee and capuccino to die for.

Hoshikuzu, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Naoshima, 500 metres from Naoshima Pavillion, 500 metres from Naoshima Christ Church, as well as 2 km from Gokaisho Art House Project. The home was very spacious, nicely decorated, and we felt so welcomed with the personalized note and snacks that were provided. The location was also great. It made our visit to Naoshima that much more delightful and special!

Guest House Wakabaya is situated in Takamatsu, a 5-minute walk away from Hanazono Station of the Kotoden Nagao Line. The Kotoden Nagao Line can be accessed from Takamatsu-Chikko Station. Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner. When we arrived he asked what our plans were during our time on shikoku and gave excellent tips/maps to fit our itinerary. Clean accommodation with fridge/crockery and a nice communal space. Arrived late and he could recommend where to get dinner. Parking available.

Situated in Naoshima in the Kagawa region, with Hachiman Shrine and Ando Museum nearby, Yellow House features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Yellow House is just lovely. It was comfortable and warm. Check in was seamless and at check out we were even dropped to the ferry. Every possible need was catered for. We were given bikes to tour on and the two adjacent restaurants served delicious casual food.

Located in Takamatsu, 500 metres from Isamu Noguchi Garden Museum and less than 1 km from Yakurishion Christ Church, 高松市一軒家貸切プライベートハウスotonarisan-駐車場無料 offers a garden and air conditioning. Beautiful, comfortable home which was a very short walk to Noguchi Museum in the nicest neighborhood. Close to a ton of great restaurants but very quiet and peaceful. We wished we lived here!

Wonderful revival of the old bath house as a cafe and the former owner's residence as a guesthouse in the historical street of Tadotsu. We enjoyed the stylish place and the new onsen-style bathroom with a ceramic tub. Comfortable beds and complete privacy at the guesthouse.

Set 3 km from Liminal Air-core Takamatsu, Aoisora Aoiumi no guest house - Vacation STAY 75101v offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The place was really clean, and had everything that we could need all laid out for us when we arrived. The owners are the most wonderful people you'll ever meet, a kind older couple who live across the street from the building and speak perfect English. We often chatted and they let us use the bikes as often as we wanted. They will happily answer any question and sent us information in advance about how to access the hotel from Takamatsu station.. The room is really lovely, with a cool tatami room and kitchen, and traditional futon beds. The location is really peaceful and easy to access public transport. Just bear in mind that there is no lift, but the building is only 3 floors so it's only minimal stairs. All in all, I highly recommend this place, you will absolutely not regret it!

We're used to Japanese kindness but Kai-san and her husband were so wonderfully kind. The room was simple but very clean and the location was perfect, both for Ritsuin Park and the train to the different temples.
