Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Room had all the basic amenities and more..ex tea bags, electric kettle, toiletries. Wifi and AC worked great. It also had a shared drawing/lounge room and kitchen that we could use.

Location is in a quiet forested area between the beach & main town area, and a short walk to both. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop cafe was nice to relax and eat breakfast. The owner organised an airport taxi for me, and can also organise day trips

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. Located in Candolim, The Sovereign Villa offers a garden. Each room is fitted with a balcony with a garden view. Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Situated in Palolem, 80 metres from Palolem beach, Hilias Retreat boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property has also been recently renovated. The rooms are really good + clea. The sympathy of Helias and his Family. We watched a world cup soccer game with him and it was great!

The service here is exceptional. The owner goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests--one of the most accommodating guest houses I've ever stayed in. The location is great as well. It is close to the beach and a few minute drive to the airport. There are also exceptional restaurants only a few steps away and the neighborhood is quite and friendly. I would most definitely stay here again!

Also it is possible to use small kitchen outside 😉 Outside there is a big garden and a small terrace with chairs so you can drink tea or coffee there in the morning 😉 we liked everything there 😉 The hosts are friendly and helpful 😉

Brandon and family were very welcoming, supportive and informative. They really did exceed our expectations of stay at their beautiful Pinnacle Homes. Breakfast was delicious and served with love and etiquette. The location is perfect to cover all lovely places in north Goa. They even helped us to get commute right at their place. Very humble everyone was at their place. My special thanks to Creg, their elder son who did a very hearty welcome of us in absence of his parents. We will be delighted to book the place again in our next visit. :) Love and Cheers
