Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Room had all the basic amenities and more..ex tea bags, electric kettle, toiletries. Wifi and AC worked great. It also had a shared drawing/lounge room and kitchen that we could use.

It's very clean, comfortable, has good design and location. The hotel is situated 5 min walk from the beach, not far from all bars and discos, but in a quiet street, so whatever you want - fun or peace and quiet - you may find it here. Salim, the manager, is very responsible and attentive to his guests and ready to organise whatever you'd like. My special gratitude is to Radjan, the cook, he is a good cook and a wonderful superkind person. Will definitely stay in this hotel again and highly recommend it to you.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The service here is exceptional. The owner goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests--one of the most accommodating guest houses I've ever stayed in. The location is great as well. It is close to the beach and a few minute drive to the airport. There are also exceptional restaurants only a few steps away and the neighborhood is quite and friendly. I would most definitely stay here again!

Also it is possible to use small kitchen outside 😉 Outside there is a big garden and a small terrace with chairs so you can drink tea or coffee there in the morning 😉 we liked everything there 😉 The hosts are friendly and helpful 😉
