The apartment was lovely and modern and in a great location. There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful. Never judge someone on a problem, judge them on how they put it right, and I couldn't fault them. Would book again without a second thought.

In the pretty Hertfordshire village of Wadesmill, this beautifully preserved 17th-century coaching inn combines modern comforts with original features. The reception is very nice and help me to change ground room to avoid big luggage carry, The room is very very clean, and breakfast is nice. I will recommend to my friends and I will stay for my next trip.

The owner gave great communication with regards how to get to the location and how to access room keys etc. The location was perfect for a trip to Warner Bros Studios. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of toilet paper and I liked the fact there was a microwave, kettle, mini fridge and tea and coffee in the rooms. The addition of an ironing board and towels was also appreciated. Bed linen was clean and the overall look of the room was modern and of a decent standard.

The breakfast was amazing and had the best tomatoes I have ever had!! The bathroom was nice and there were little goodies on the table which made my stay even more comfortable. Quite a nice cozy place to stay.
