Thiago and the staff were amazing, the room was clean and spacious with A/C and a TV (w/ Netflix and other streaming services). Breakfast was good and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

Really beautiful and private hotel up in the mountains by Campos do Jordão. Staff doesn't speak English, but we were able to get by with some hand signs and Google Translate. Team was really wonderful and remembered my name. Breakfast was quite good and nicely organized on covered porch overlooking the valley. The rooms feel cozy and very much like a German hotel. Amazing experience overall.
