It was really great, our room was upgraded to a suite. Also, Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy options as well. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels changed.

Very well located boutique hotel , just in 5 min walking distance from the Rialto bridge and in 2 walking distance from Vaparetto stop. Perfect location to investigate Venice. Close there you can find a lot of local restaurants and bars. Good sound isolation in the hotel, we never heard people walking close to our room. Friendly staff, always keen on helping you. Nice interior design, typical Venetian style. Good sized room with the calm street views. Nice size of bedroom and bathroom. The modern shower with a good water exit. You could even find the anti-mosquitos liquid prepared for staying in the hotel.

Hotellia pitää erittäin mukava ja kohtelias herrasmies, joka luo hotelliin oman yksilöllisen tunnelmansa. Varatessa olimme ilmoittaneet olevamme häämatkalla, mikä huomioitiin ihanilla pienillä yllätyksillä koko vierailun ajan. Hotelli oli pieni ja kodikas, huone oli viihtyisä. Aamupala valmistettiin toiveiden mukaan pöytiin tarjoiltuna, raaka-aineet olivat erinomaiset ja monipuoliset vaihtoehdot. Hotellille pääsi kätevästi kävelemällä bussiasemalta, ja vaikka se sijaitsi hieman syrjässä keskustasta, ei sinne kävellyt kauaa ja reitti kulki ihania kujia pitkin. Hotelli oli rauhallinen sijaintinsa vuoksi. Ympärillä kuitenkin useita hyviä ravintoloita ja kahviloita.

This hotel was superb. Very good location whether you arrive via air, or via train. 15 minutes walk from St. Lucia train station and also if you are traveling from the airport, last stop of the airport transfer is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It is very lovely place, very old-italian-like and as soon as you enter into the main entrance, you like it immediately. The host was amazingly friendly, very lovely person eager to explain everything and answer to any questions we had. You can also leave your luggage after check out as long as you want. I highly recommend staying there, if you want to experience very lovely stay.

Elia and his team provided great service from check-in to check-out. When we arrived in Venice they arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the train station. And when we left they arranged a water taxi to drop us at the airport. Elia was able to provide a list of some restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel and the rooms have been renovated and look very modern, compared to other hotels in Venice. The room was comfortable and well laid out. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for accommodations in Venice.
