Amazing property, amazing host, amazing breakfast. I couldn't recommend this property more. I was sad to leave. The room and communal spaces feel like you're at home. So comfortable and welcoming. The bedroom was fitted with all mod cons, it was light, airy and spacious. Really comfortable bed. Powerful spacious shower. Outside space to dry clothes. The kitchen area also had kettle, coffee maker and microwave which you were able to use at any time. It had plenty of space for all guests staying in the rooms at once. The breakfast as if you were staying in a 5* hotel. I think it was better as it was so personal. Everything was fresh and you couldn't have wanted for anything more. Fruit, cake, cereals, toast, fruit juice, teas, coffees, hot chocolate and marshmallows, pizza, Italians pastries and more ! Within walking distances of all the local attractions. If you don't choose to stay here you've made the wrong choice.

We had a very big room (I think it was bigger than the description) with a terrace. The location is in a walking distance to the Ortigia. There are plenty of free and paid parking spaces around the building. The place was extremely clean and the hosts were friendly.

Absolutely fantastic location and great hosts! After reading some reviews about noise and breakfast, I have to say I am confused on why they were talking about! noise at night... we both fell asleep with no issues with the entire week and the breakfast was fantastic! friendly and substantial Would recommend to anyone visiting!

Everything! Spacious and spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Great shower. Common kitchen equipped with everything you need. Free parking next to the apartment. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The owners are very kind and helpful. They gave us great tips where to eat and what to do during our stay in Syracuse. Highly recommend!

Hosting was excellent! Massimo was very polite and in a serves all the time. He gave me a lot of recommendations for restaurants and all other information. An apartment was cozy, clean and had everything what you need.

Fausta and Elio were the two best hosts we've had in a long time (maybe forever) You genuinely feel like you're staying in their house (obviously on your own floor with privacy) but they welcome you, show you everything you need in the house, show you what to do in the area, provide towels and umbrellas for the beach and make an amazing spread for breakfast There is an incredible sunset view from the rooms and the island is just incredible I genuinely have to justify this 10/10 as the bed, the hosts, the location and all of the artsy touches in the apartment were incredible I am absolutely staying here again if I come back to the area
