Very clean, perfect location, located in the heart of madrid. Friendly and helpful staff, they asked us 1 day before our arrival when we will be there, and we told them that we'll arrive 1 hour before the check-in time, and when we arrived they already did our room.

I find that place the most special to stay in Madrid! We highly recommend! Beautiful room with astonishing view from the terrace! Extremely clean everywhere! And the receptionist Alina is the most kind person I ever met! She is so helpful, always smiles and make us feel very happy and special ones! She is one of the reason this place to so lovely!!! The room was always clean, there is an airconditionner which is a real oasis with the heat in Madrid. It's super well located on one of the main streets. It's close to all sightseings, bars, restaurants, metro station and shops. Just. few steps from the grand Via street.
