The hotel's design is phenomenal. The rooms are cozy. The location is near the center and 15 minutes from the train station. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The staff was nice. Overall, it's a really nice and cozy hotel

The location and the view are INCREDIBLE. We were literally opposite the Royal Palace with a view of the gardens of Plaza de Oriente and the Royal Palace. The room was very nicely furnished with comfy beds, very spacious, nice decorations and a clean and well equipped bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a lovely, authentic atmosphere to the hotel.

The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

I do not think I can find any better place given the price range. I definitely got more than I paid for. The location is 1-2 minutes walk from Gran Via metro. The location might seem like a busy place given it is a shopping street but overall I found it very safe and pretty quiet in the room. The room is comfortable to stay: good bed and good shower. The room got cleaned everyday, also towels got replaced daily. I didn't expect this from the price. This is very kind of the host. The host of the place was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend.

What I enjoyed most was the friendly and hospitable staff at the property. Each time I came back from my outings, I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile. They were accommodating and personable. My room was tastefully designed, spotlessly clean and modern. Location was perfect.
