The elderly owners are lovely,they try very hard.My first room was next to the cafeteria,7th floor,incredibly noisy,but I was moved.can walk to beach,water is warm,clear,clean but a disgusting amount of litter on beach,bad add I have ever seen.Can walk to nightmarket,worth a lo o k but expensive.Hotel is new and clean,breakfast is good.Its at the top.of a very steep hill,I have a heart conditio ,it was a battle.to climb it.a nice place to s t ay

If you want to wake up and go to sleep with the sound from the jungle in a green oasis - in the middle of the city, this is the place! Super cool and original design of the whole place, both in the restaurant and the rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff that serve very good breakfast and food in the restaurant. They offering scooter-rental, that is a good option to go to the beaches around, and just 10 min drive to the centre. We stayed in the 2-floors apartment that is highly recommended. Perfect place!

They didn't have to give me my money back, but they did the most of amount. The staff itself 10+, the others I really don't know.

Located in the Phu Quoc Island Region, Lilac Cottage Homestay is 2.5 km to Ong Lang beach. It boasts a year-round outdoor pool, garden and barbecue facilities. it was really nice, that it was all young people. In the beginning I had some difficulties with their English but in the End it all worked out. I loved that it was all surrounded by plants, palm trees and that there was a swimming pool. The coffee which belongs to the Hotel always had good offerings, they made excellent food although one time they served me meat, when I specifically said I was vegan. They apologized and it never happened again. The coffee is great... the room itself was clean. The house is beautiful and has a really nice architecture and vibe. It's nice to enjoy some peace from the city.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, big bathroom, great view from the balcony. The hotel staff are nice and helpful. Good breakfast, there is something for everyone. It is close to the beach, close to the city, many restaurants, the location is a great advantage because the trips bought from the agencies on the island had the pick-up from the hotel.
