Staff are so helpful and friendly, the rooms are very nice and comfortable and they even give free cookies and Sherry out in the afternoon!

Situated in the heart of Japantown, Kimpton Enso Hotel features spacious accommodations and an on-site restaurant and bar. Really excellent front desk service! Loved the location right in the heart of Japantown, very easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Street outside our window was quiet at night (no traffic noise or crowds) and room was very spacious and comfortable.
