Hampton Inn Phoenix - Biltmore ligger 10 minuters bilresa från den internationella flygplatsen Phoenix Sky Harbor och erbjuder en gratis varm frukost varje dag. The staff were very lovely and accommodating from the get-go! I arrived at the hotel with only 1% left on my phone battery. I hen I asked if they had a charging station, they got a repairman to connect the PowerPoints in the lobby just so I could charge my phone. I was also supposed to check-in at 3pm, but instead they allowed me to check-in at 11am which was very convenient and something I was grateful for. The room itself was bigger than I expected, which is great because I love big spaces! The air conditioner worked wonders and the water pressure from the shower was amazing. I loved my bed and I was pleasantly surprised with how the main light was actually borders of the main mirror rather than a ceiling light. The location itself was nearby other shopping precincts, and so I got to experience many firsts as it is my first time here in USA. Overall, a pleasant experience was had at this hotel. I would highly recommend!

This Arizona hotel provides guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and the hotel features an outdoor pool and a gym. Very good breakfast. Room size and temperature was perfect, and also the room was very clean. Hotel localization is perfect, close to lots of places to go eat. We also liked the Hotel Employees cordiality.
