Built in 1856, this hotel is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and is located in Philadelphia's Historic District, only 2 blocks from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Very good hotel. I spent a week in Marriot (Filbert St) for a conference which was happening there. And now I know that if I go to Philly again, I choose the Independence Park Hotel. It’s a great place: clean, comfortable, perfect location, decent breakfast, very friendly staff. Thank you!

The room was so cozy and beautifully designed. The staff at the reception was beyond amazing - especially during the check out when a staff member (sadly we don't remember his name) gave us delicious cupcakes for the road, although we were totally late for breakfast :))
