At first I was a bit skeptical because there were only 3 reviews on Booking.com. But I was completely satisfied with the apartment. There are several subways within walking distance and there is even a train station. There are enough public parking spaces on the street or one street away. During the 4 days I had to briefly park the car on the other side of the street for 1:30 hours and then return to the same parking lot. Cafes, grocery stores, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc. are also around the corner. The apartment is very stylish, quiet and clean, with a TV room, bathroom and bedroom. WiFi was free. The first access to the apartment worked without contact with a person but only by emailing a numerical code that grants access.

The staff was very friendly, the apartment was very clean with all amenities, and the location near Columbia was perfect. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

New York City Guest House 2 heeft gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en kamers met airconditioning in New York. Excellent location, a few blocks away from Metro station. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and beautiful. The room was super clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Uptown.
