Located at the corner of Orchard and Canal Street, Nine Orchard is surrounded by cultural institutions and some of the city's shops and restaurants. Charming and cosy. Beautifully designed and decorated. Staff were so friendly and kind. Room very comfortable. Bathroom large and it and bedroom are really well- designed. Great shower

Helaida (I think) the waitress at breakfast time is so kind and helpful. She does her job excellent!!! The supervisor has also been very helpful and she is really kind. When I come back to NY I think I’ll book the same hotel! Thank you guys🤍🤍🤍😘😘😘

I worked in the lobby when I checked out and watched the staff interact with others, and they were so friendly. We had an accessible queen room, so it was larger than the regular, so it worked out great.

Super nice double view room with incredible view on both Manhattan skylines. Very nice bar on the rooftop. Very nice breakfast space with free coffee and tea. Friendly staff, helpful and welocoming. Good location to visit Brooklyn by feet across the bridges and Manhattan downtown.
