At the time of my arrival, at the reception the girl Jazmin, her attention was tremendous, the rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. Wow, the fabulous restaurant, the music, the atmosphere, the food, dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the attention of the guys was fabulous, especially Daniel, who was very helpful to us

A very nice room, practical and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and provides all possible information about the surrounding area and getting around to Universal Studios. We really enjoyed this stay.
