All the things here are so comfortable and nice, and the location is great. I like the room, gym and bar. By the way the IPA beer in the bar is so good! And the bartender Ady is very professional and kind. I will recommend CitizenM to my friends and also post my recommendation in my social media soon.

Absolutely spotless hotel and FANTASTIC location. Lovely&friendly staff. Lovely modern room and bathroom. Couldn’t fault it whatsoever. Had a great stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will be recommending this to everyone that comes to visit Chicago.

Just steps away from the famed shopping on State Street, this boutique hotel is located inside the Oriental Theatre building in the Chicago Loop Theatre District. Such comfortable beds, unique style and convenient location - but it was the staff that really made the experience. So friendly and amazingly helpful!!

Nice, nice staff, good pub food on the premises, comfortable bed, lots of light in the room, perfect location for friends and shops. Loved having a yoga mat and strap right in the room.
