All of the workers were very polite, always with a smile! The hotel stays about 300m away from a subway station, which is amazing for those who don't want to rent a car!

It was good value for money, considering NYC prices. The staff was friendly. I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave. The hotel is conveniently located only 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. The travel time to Manhattan is about 15-25 minutes, depending on the area.
