There was a problem with spa hot water and was solved quickly. no view at the sea, however nice neighbourhood.

Nakadugtong sa Red Sea Mall ng Jeddah, ang modern hotel na ito ay nag-aalok ng mga makabagong kuwartong may libreng internet access at flat-screen TV. Kasama sa mga facility ang spa na may steam bath.... It was in an excellent location. We could walk out of the hotel and straight into the mall which was amazing. There was also a food supermarket next door as part of the mall. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly to us from the minute we arrived. They included the kitchen/dining room staff, the doorman and the porters and the receptionist.

Good atmosphere, and good house keeping by Arfin was so nice and hardworking on his job, the staff’s were friendly. Had a great time and good view by the sea
