My deepest feeling was when I asked the counter staff to help me check in, I found that my passport was missing. The counter staff quickly helped me inquire and contact the taxi driver, which made me feel uneasy at the time and got a lot of mental relief comfort. Although I was really panicked when I lost my passport, thanks to the help of the reception staff at the Hilton Hotel, this thrill became a beautiful memory.

My wife and kids ended up there last minute because Shore One condos at mall of Asia cancelled last minute and left my family stranded at the airport frantically looking for a place to stay at midnight. Lesson learned, stay away from shore one Condotel and stay here! Thank you!
