Location was super convenient - next to a big shopping mall / supermarket. Staffs were very friendly and nice. We had safari tour from early morning and they packed our breakfast to go. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect.

Bidwood Suite Hotel is located in the Westlands area of Nairobi. It offers stylish accommodation and is 200 metres away from the Sarit Centre. Everything was great. Location, comfort, hotel cleanliness. Maureen went above and beyond in her service and made us very welcome and the security team was also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and the toilet was as well. Breakfast was great with variety and great coffee, tea, fresh juices and baked goodies.

Breakfast was decent, and I loved the fact it had a swimming pool and a gym. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. WiFi was a must for me and this was not an issue. Top hotel. I would definitely stay again.
