Located in Nairobi, 2.8 km from Nairobi National Museum, Best Western Plus Westlands provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Location was super convenient - next to a big shopping mall / supermarket. Staffs were very friendly and nice. We had safari tour from early morning and they packed our breakfast to go. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect.

The staff of the Hotel were really friendly and approachable. They were always willing to answer my questions and render assistance. I will never forget how the security guard even stood next to me while i was waiting for my BOLT Car ride (Taxi) to arrive. They kept me company with conversation and made sure the driver was not lost. The area is very safe and close to westgate shopping mall which any tourist can comfortably walk around in and enjoy the usual creature comforts (Restaurants, food, cinema etc). They have a restaurant which is helpful if you are lazy to leave the hotel for food. The breakfast was good. Nice view of the playing field opposite the hotel where you can see international people all playing sports together. There was not too much noise in the room. The microwave and full sized fridge were great additions meaning you have some ability to prepare food. There are no pots and pans/ plates but that didnt bother me. Room was very clean and comfortable. No AC but again that didnt bother me and seems to be a common thing in Kenya.

Bidwood Suite Hotel is located in the Westlands area of Nairobi. It offers stylish accommodation and is 200 metres away from the Sarit Centre. Everything was great. Location, comfort, hotel cleanliness. Maureen went above and beyond in her service and made us very welcome and the security team was also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and the toilet was as well. Breakfast was great with variety and great coffee, tea, fresh juices and baked goodies.
