My friends and I cannot speak a single word of Japanese but the front staff not only accommodated us with their English but actually went out of their way to ensure we got the help we needed when checking in, checking out, and even going as far as to call another hotel to be able to use their Yamato luggage transfer service. I wish I could rate them even higher.
