Set in the centre of Tokyo, Candeo Hotels Tokyo Roppongi is situated 70 metres from Asahi Shrine and 200 metres from Roppongi Station. overall it was just amazing, can't say enough. but the rooftop onsen and steam room - wow, i don't think i would even want to stay in tokyo without having this as part of the deal. it was outstanding!

Room was spotless..I stayed top floor which was beautiful night panorama view.I really enjoyed every single night.. Also Massage chair in the room was bonus! The front staff went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. They were friendly, cordial, and most important understanding and helpful. My friends and I cannot speak a single word of Japanese but the front staff not only accommodated us with their English but actually went out of their way to ensure we got the help we needed when checking in, checking out, and even going as far as to call another hotel to be able to use their Yamato luggage transfer service. I wish I could rate them even higher.
