The reception area is small but lovely. During opening hours, there is free coffee, tee and toiletries. We did not use the washing machines, but they looked very clean and well taken care of. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk away from Nippori station in a calm street and shops as well as restaurants are close by. There is a fantastic Onsen just over the street. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

The coziness of both the interior as well as the people were top-notch. My partner and I stayed there for two nights after hustling about Shibuya / Shinjuku and it was an excellent change of pace, being able to walk around the area where things are much calmer. The only regret I had was that I didn't stay longer! Takahisa-san truly cares about his customers and it was very apparent that both the hotel and restaurant were maintained with lots of TLC. Definitely going to return to this place when I visit Japan again!
