This incredible hotel offers unbeatable value for its very reasonable price. But what truly made our stay shine was the exceptional service from the front desk superstar, Mr. Takeda-San (武田)! He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, patiently using Google Translate to communicate with us and even recommending an amazing onsen (hot spring) just a short 15-minute drive away. The parking was a breeze at just ¥1000 per day, and our room was surprisingly spacious by Japan's standards! But the pièce de résistance was the complimentary alcohol available for guests in the lobby - talk about generosity! We can't thank Mr. Takeda-San and the Hotel Quest Shimizu team enough for their warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back again in the future!

Helped to keep our luggage when we checked out to explore the nearby area.
