Staff was very friendly and helpful, spa was awesome. Great location close to Sapporo station and 7Eleven attached to the lobby if everything else is closed. We got in late and hadn't eaten all day so that was clutch.

Attractively set in Sapporo, Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi. Decent buffet breakfast at the hotel. However, if you have time, the breakfast at the fish market (using hotel breakfast coupon) is fantastic! Ask at reception to arrange transportation. Location is excellent!

The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo. The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione centrale di Sapporo, interno piacevole curato e ben tenuto, pulizia camere eccellente, serivi interni ottimi, camere spaziose per lo standard giapponese con vasca comoda e bagno fruibile, staff molto disponibile e gentile. Volendo la pulizia giornaliera é inclusa. I televisori sono da cambiare con altri che si connettano ai dispositivi mobili. Mobilio della camera molto ben studiato.

I really like the big TV they have. Really recommend and definitely will visit here again.
