Hotel in zona Plemmirio a Siracusa

Il Minareto è un lussuoso hotel a 5 stelle ubicato nella zona protetta del Plemmirio, su una scogliera che domina Siracusa e l’Isola di Ortigia. Semplicemente fantastico. Una delle migliori viste dalla camera d'hotel, una di quelle che ti tolgono il fiato. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Trasporto privato in barca per l'isola di Ortigia, in 10 minuti si è li senza necessità di prendere l'auto. Professionalità in tutto il personale, dall'accoglienza, alla conciergerie, dal servizio colazione al servizio spiaggia, dalla pulizia camera al servizio in camera, così come la cura del giardino, che sembra un giardino botanico tante sono le varietà. Straconsigliato.

Il Kalaonda Plemmirio è un complesso di edifici ristrutturati del 19° secolo, ubicato a soli 800 metri dal mare e dotato di una piscina privata all’aperto. Siracusa dista solo 9 km. Great hotel, atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Located not far from beach, shop and restaurants.

Masseria Testaferrata sorge a Siracusa e dispone di una piscina con vista e vista sulla piscina. beautiful location, very quiet, a 20 minute walk from the water. Great swimming pool. The staff was very helpful and kind. Ate at the restaurant twice, the food was AMAZING, and so was the service. 100% recommend

Absolutely stunning property and grounds! Sebastiano was a delightful host. Impeccably clean, good breakfast and wonderful pool. The room was spacious and clean and well appointed. Would definitely return.

The view from the villa is absolutely gorgeous! The hosts were so sweet and accommodating, they made us feel like we’re visiting our grandparents. The stay at Terrazza sul Plemmirio is a whole experience in itself, it was so authentic and lovely! The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable too.

Situata a Siracusa, a 1,9 km dalla Spiaggia della Piscina Naturale, la Villa Vella offre la vista sul mare e, gratuitamente, il WiFi e parcheggio privato. This is a superb villa and a cherished family home. Every detail has been carefully considered. In fact, we found that the photographs and description undersold the property. The pool is large and lovely. The extensive gardens hide charming corners to sit and enjoy the peace. The welcome from Maria and her son, Giuseppe was fast, professional and caring. Maria was available next door should we have needed anything, but perfectly discreet. We were a party of four adults and felt lucky to have found Villa Vella at the last moment. There are several seating areas within the vast lounge, two dining areas, a giant kitchen, a fireplace, an office(!), a downstairs double room and family bathroom, plus 3 fully ensuite double bedrooms upstairs, each with a balcony and a view. Very comfortable premises. Outside there are plenty of tables, sun beds, BBQ area and so forth (plus that giant inflatable flamingo...) AND a well-equipped gym with running machine, cycling machine etc. etc. Oh, and a huge sun-room with sofas. Every manner of kitchen utensil, dishes, ovens etc., for self-catering (should you wish) and even a take-away eatery and grocery store 50 metres around the corner. Peaceful, perfect. We don't like giving 10/10 because it looks fake. However, when you consider the competition and what this property offers, 10/10 overall is the only realistic option. 8/10 for location because you are in the countryside (sort of) and a 1km walk to the sea and restaurants which might mean you take the car, rather than walk. If you like peace, then this is ideal. 20 minutes into Ortygia depending on the traffic, but easy. Recommended without hesitation. If you bring kids, you will worry (because of the pool and fish pond and rocks and rope-ladders) and they will go mad with happiness (for all the same reasons, plus some tiny caves to hide in!)

Alloggio a 5 min di auto dal mare, posizione perfetta per scoprire le calette del Plemmirio. Padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile. Consigliato!

In the Plemmirio district of Siracusa, close to Punto Al Mare 28 Beach, Plemmirio Apartment features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a washing machine. We had an amazing stay at Plemmirio Apartment. The host, Denis, is very kind and helpful as well as his father. We had everything we needed, felt welcome from the beginning and felt the most relaxed here during our one-week trip. The apartment is located near the coast and a marine protected area, which guarantees priscine waters. We also loved having breakfast in the morning sun, and a comfy couch to cozy up on in the evening. Would come back here 😊

A recently renovated villa set in the Plemmirio district of Siracusa, Appartamento - Plemmirio offers accommodation with with a private beach area, private parking and free WiFi. Nice house with huge deck overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the deck. Nice garden and private forest with lovely scent of pine trees. Very quiet and private property in the Natural Preserve area. Very close to Siracusa, Ortiga and lovely beaches. Bedrooms are huge with very comfortable mattresses and nice views. Kitchen well equipped with good quality of pots, pens, utensils. Serena is a very nice, welcoming, friendly and caring host. She was very helpful and always available, even offered to drive to the house, asking if we needed anything, during the 3 day storm when it was a short blackout in the area. Great stay, and highly recommended place.
