Awesome hotel in a crazy city. Service was excellent. Lots of history to the hotel itself. Great restaurants inside. Business office was super helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We had one of the two rooms in the fourth floor: bright, comfortable and very clean! The setting in the historical building is absolutely charming. The staff all over very attentive, and the owner who sometimes visit the open space in the upper floor a very kind a positive person. We highly and fully enjoyed our stay!

يقع فندق Residency Fort في قلب مومباي، ويبعُد 100 متر عن محطة شاتراباتي شيفاجي التي تعد أحد مواقع التراث العالمي التابعة لمنظمة اليونسكو. The breakfast buffet provided was nice and had both local food as well as continental options. The location is about 1-2km from the Gateway of India so it had lots of stuff to do in its vicinity. The best about my say however was the staff. They were amazing even before we entered the hotel. The service truly was outstanding and available at all times. We had a piccolo (I believe his name is Gopal?) and other staff members help us with so many unnecessary things even after we checked out of the hotel.

يقع ترايدنت ناريمان بوينت ذو الـ 5 نجوم في مدينة مومباي ويطل على بحر العرب الجميل من مارين درايف. الفندق مبهر وهادئ يوجد ملاحظات 1- الموظف استقبال الفندق(Chinman) كان سيء جدا في المعاملة وحضرت موظفه اخرى وانهيت دخول الفندق. 2- مطعم الفطور انتظرنا الي حين افراغ طاولة لاكن الطاقم حصلنا طاولة بسرعة وكان كل شي على مايرام. The hotel is impressive and quiet. There are reviews 1- The hotel reception employee (Chinman) was very poor in his treatment, and another employee came and finished entering the hotel. 2- The breakfast restaurant. We waited until a table was emptied, but the crew quickly got us a table and everything was fine.
