The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. The hotel grounds were great and it has several pools to relax at and a restaurant. The hotel is also on a main street and it's walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, stores, bars and Padang-Padang beach. Absolutely recommend everyone to stay here.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was really cozy, had everything we need. Love that we could get filtered water refilled when needed. It was a great place to relax in the room or by the pool and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and attentive - loved that they gave a list of recommendations (beaches, food, spa places) when we checked in and could help arrange for transport when needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back next time!

Staff we so friendly and accomodating, they could not do enough! Our air conditioning stopped working during our stay, the staff allocated us to another room immediately and had the repair technician in the same night. Everything was fixed for us to return to our original room by the next morning. The rooms are very modern and clean. Pool area is absolutely stunning. It is also in a great location, 3 min walk to the beach. I would recommend staying here.
