The hotel itself is ok BUT YASIN from the reception made our staying excepcional!!! We had a problem with our flight reservation and our 7yo daughter was sick, he did everything he could and beyond to help us, he was key to solve our issues, the management of the hotel must be proud and feel lucky to have such a smart and resolutive guy as a part of the team! We really felt so blessed to have crossed him on our journey, thanks SO much YASIN!

Additionally, its proximity to popular spots, including night food markets and malls, made exploring the city a breeze. What truly set The Ashley Hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any inquiries, their attentiveness was truly commendable. Thank you and will definitely be back.
