The hotel itself is ok BUT YASIN from the reception made our staying excepcional!!! We had a problem with our flight reservation and our 7yo daughter was sick, he did everything he could and beyond to help us, he was key to solve our issues, the management of the hotel must be proud and feel lucky to have such a smart and resolutive guy as a part of the team! We really felt so blessed to have crossed him on our journey, thanks SO much YASIN!

But dear Leony helped me and gave me my room. She was so helpful and so good with me. Thank you very much Leony. Other guys were also so good and helpful and always with smiling face to all guests. The quality of the swimming pool water was clean compared to other regular hotels, room cleanliness was good, room smelled nice when we entered, employees were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was enough for us, we really enjoyed it, I really really really appreciate that the bathroom has bidet shower installed, I was very very very happy for that. Ambiance was spot on, we felt relaxed right away when we entered the lobby. If you ask if we are going to go back here again, the answer is "Yes, definitely".
