Greek people, the country is amazing. This hotel is proof of that. Very caring staff. The hostess welcomed me like a mother. All the staff helped me when I had a problem. Featuring lake views, Σπίτι με θέα στην Αμφιθέα offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 2.4 km from Ali Pasha Residence. Everything was wonderful! Host: Maria welcomed us on our first day to give a tour of the apartment and to hand us the key. It was very easy to communicate with her and she waited in front of the house so we immediately found the location. She also made fresh zoureki for us to eat for breakfast which I thought was a really kind gesture - not to mention the small thoughtfull presents throughout our stay so we felt really spoiled. We also met her husband Giannis and their son and they are all a really warm, sweet and hardworking family. Was a delight to meet them! Amenities: We really felt like home for the 3 days we stayed here. There is absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, hairdryer, iron, bedsheets, pillows, etc. - can't think of anything that we needed and couldn't find. It is one extremely cosy and sparkling clean apartment. Location: The view is fantastic - don't think the photos do justice as it's much nicer in real life. We saw the most beautiful sunsets on the terrace and were visited by the cutest cats. At night it's also very quiet so we slept very well!

The area is interesting, the lake of Ioanina, nearby caves and other touristic sites.

Katerina is your host, and she immediately makes you feel as if you’re part of the family. Not only is she a good host she’s a great cook as well, so be prepared for a wonderful breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Walks easy to find up the mountain behind the hotel, giving wonderful views of the surrounding beautiful landscape.
