Its close to Victoria Station and within a 5 min walk of st.James park and Buckingham Palace. The rooms were great, and the beds were comfortable. Definitely worth the price.

We were treated great. From the moment we arrived, they were kind and did their best to create a perfect vacation for us. It is highly recommended. Great location.

I’ve been in London for five months for medical treatment and almost tried most of the hotels, and I can say it’s the best! the room is clean and the staff always checking each time it’s cleaned (twice a day) I think the supervisor name is Jithu and all the staff are perfect .. the reception very friendly and the Resturant staff is professional and the food always fresh and tasty even the in room dining ( regards to the chef) honestly it’s the perfect place to stay in in London thank you for everything

The hotel is flawless. Enjoyed everything about it the bar, the dining room, restaurant, the tea room, and especially the bedroom with the turndown service. Was a delight, returning to the room at night to have the classical music playing with a Goring sheep on my bed.

Top location just 10 min walk away from BP and 25 min walk to Big Ben. Bus,Train and Underground Victoria station 1 min from hotel. The room is big for two with amazing view from 10 floor. Breakfast is amazing with big choice of sweet and salt food. Great orange juice and fresh fruit. The staff was very kind and helpful for any question or problem (we call because we didn't have shampoo at 22.30 and they immediately brought in our room)

Situato in buona posizione nel centro di Londra, il citizenM London Victoria Station offre camere climatizzate, una lounge in comune, la connessione WiFi gratuita e un ristorante. tutto! struttura spettacolare, pulitissima, centrale, camere piccole ma davvero stupende e accoglienti. Letto comodissimo e colazione buona (ottimi i cornetti) siamo davvero soddisfatti anche dello staff, nonostante non parlassimo bene l’inglese, si sono attivati per aiutarci in ogni nostra esigenza, comunque alcuni di loro parlano anche l’italiano. assolutamente consigliatissima e se dovessimo tornare a Londra ci torneremo sicuramente! tuttavia credo che sceglierò questa catena anche per altre mete perché è davvero tutto eccezionale.
