The staff was very pleasant and we got a free upgrade despite our early arrival. The place was in a good neighbourhood, (so, I'm told by French friend), spacious rooms with all amenaties.

Our room was comfortable and spotless, the bed was great. It was also very quiet despite us being close to the elevator. The staff were charming and the location was central to everything we wanted to see. We loved the soap/body wash as well it smelled delicious!

A 2-minute walk from the Opéra Garnier, Daunou Opéra offers rooms with free WiFi. It is 200 metres from Opéra Metro Station, which goes directly to the Louvre Museum. The staff were so friendly. Unfortunately, I cant remember the names. At the time of check in, our room was not yet ready. However, when the reception lady noticed the i was alone with my little child, she immediately upgrade my room to a ready room. It was so kind and meaningful to me. On second day, I got my self with a strange problem. The man in the reception provides me with a great support, comfort me to not panic and solve my problem. The location was perfect abd safe. The room was clean and good space (for paris hotel). I will definitely stay again in Daunou Opera hotel in my next trip to paris.
