Breakfast was the best in EU. Coffee maker at the lobby was not working and it was impossible to find coffee in the very early morning, but Wei Nee at frontdesk handled to provide coffee for me. The staff was very friendly, one of the best hotel experiences in EU.

NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa ligger i Helsingfors, 2 km från Sandudds badstrand, och har conciergeservice, rökfria rum, en terrass, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en bar. It was one of the most luxurious experiences I have had. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was so kind and helpful. A big bonus is that the hotel is located so central; everything is in walking distance.

The Hotel Maria - Preferred Hotels & Resorts ligger idealiskt beläget i Helsingfors och erbjuder luftkonditionerade rum med gratis WiFi, privat parkering och rumsservice. Very high standards hotel. Brand new; was inaugurated a couple months ago. I loved every aspect of it. Bulgari toiletries that added poshness to the stay. Very clean rooms. Beautiful decor all around the premises with beautiful white sculptures. Slept deeply as it was very calm. The staff at concierge, reception, restaurants, and bellboys were all so helpful & cordial. Keep up the excellent work. The sauna chamber in my room made me experience the Finnish habits. Special thanks to Mr. Sami (Concierge) who suggested a couple of places to visit & his suggestions were excellent. Thank you to Tesa, Maria Abdel Latif & all the other employees at the front desk (sorry I don’t remember all the names). Thank you to all the young bellboys who helped me with my heavy bags. Thank you to Lynh, Murat, Gitta, Anh & Salima at the restaurant for being very attentive & cheerful.
