Tigist, Tsion and other staff exceeded exceptional customer service with a commitment to professionalism and courteousness making our stay very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly centralized in the city, providing easy access to malls, and restaurants, and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed our expectations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable making us feel right at home. We will definitely return and recommend this experience that definitely surpassed our expectations.
