The location is great, one minute away from the metro 5 station. Or you can walk to the Plaza Major in 10-15 minutes. The hotel is big, renovated and very clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. We got a great lunch box for our early flight and a taxi reservation. The room is big, new, with a very comfortable bed, and very clean. Breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of variety and everything was very tasteful

A great place to stay in Madrid! The location is perfect - can easily walk everywhere and there are a lots of bus stops and a metro station nearby. There was also a lot of cafes, restaurants, and a grocery nearby. The room was great, too - very clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos! The room was on the first floor (so no stairs). It was very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Water pressure and the hot water in the bathroom was also excellent. Shampoo and body wash was also provided. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or reheat leftovers (however, there was no microwave). The wifi was excellent. The host, Omar was also super nice and helpful. He was responsive to our queries and requests. He gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Will definitely come back!

The host Carmen and her husband Juan Paulo met us at the place when we arrived. Communication with them was very quick by wattsup. Right in the heart of Madrid, situated within a short distance of Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel, Authentic Madrid Experience -Plaza Mayor 7min walk - Spectacular view - Champagne offers free... Underground carpark only 3mins walk down the road. Completely central, located in the middle of the tapas bars area. Accommodated my dog and provided water and chocolates and a small bottle of cava. Coffee from the nespresso machine was delicious, as were the Moroccan teas provided. Wifi. Everything you could need! Highly recommend.

The host was incredibly accommodating and met us at the apartment. He was very contactable throughout our stay with any issues we had or questions. We were some of the first to stay at the apartment so we were greeted with chocolates and a bottle which was a lovely touch! The location of the apartment was fantastic and the decor was lovely with fantastic facilities if you were to stay at this apartment self catering. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was very easy to use! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others! Great find!
