There is beautiful greenery, wood furnishings and lovely mosaics throughout the hotel band in the rooms. The breakfast buffet features a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, cheeses, breads, honey, jams, cereal, granola, and delicious coffee. There is a chef available to create omelets. We enjoyed delicious homemade soups one day. the breakfast wait staff and Omar in the afternoon and evening are attentive, professional, and friendly.

The 5-star Plaza Grande is on Plaza de la Independencia, Quito´s central square. 朝食のオムレツが最高だった。 到着前のwhat's upチャットアプリで、連絡をとることができたので、観光について質問できた。レストランを予約してもらえた。翌朝、徒歩10分のホテルに行く必要があったのですが、2つのスーツケースを持って付き添ってくれた。タクシーを呼んで、通りまで少し歩いて案内してくれた。などなど、大変お世話になった。有難うございました！！

There are no words to describe the wonderful staff, the beautiful hotel surroundings, or the lovely accommodations that are all part of the Illa Experience. To a person, all the staff made sure to make our stay a memorable one. We sampled great wines with the help of sommmalier, Francisco. We attended special events in the lobby each night presented by the staff. We had one of the most amazing and memorable dinners with chef, Juan Carlos at the helm. One of us was ill and the staff did everything they could to help us including making special chicken soup and checking on us regularly. We had a very early flight to the Galapagos and came downstairs to find coffee, tea, and a sack lunch waiting for us. We hope this review encourages others to stay at the Illa Experience. They will not be disappointed. We think of and miss the staff to this day.

This incredible colonial-style hotel is located in Quito's San Francisco square and boasts panoramic views of the historic center from its terrace. Quito´s Basilica is 8 minutes driving. Great location. Excellent service and accommodations!
