The neighborhood was great, very clean and quiet, plenty of stores and parks. The apartment itself was very clean, quite spacious, all the necessary amenities, big bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, very comfortable bed and pillows, big windows and lovely view. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and the host was very nice and checked us in right then. Highly recommend it if you plan to visit Munich. I will definitely return in the future.

Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden. Great apartment with a great host! We fully enjoyed the host's kind explanation as well as tasty fruits. Neighbors were also gentle. If I grab another chance to visit Munich in the near future, I will choose this apartment again.

The apartment is located in the middle of a quite street. On the end of the street is a Grocery Store & Coffee Shop/Bakery. You can catch public transportation less than 1 block away in either direction. This will take you to multiple locatIons or The U lines which will take you all over Munich and beyond.

Huone oli erittäin siisti, moderni ja varustelutaso oli hyvä & toimiva. TV oli asennettu hauskasti, eli sitä oli hyvä katsoa ruokapöydän ääressä istuen sekä myöskin sängyssä makaillen. Pesukoneet + kuivausrummut alakerrassa olivat iso plussa. Asumiseen kuului siivous kerran viikossa, mutta kaikkia siivoustarvikkeita oli saatavilla alakerrasta, jos niitä tarvitsi muulloin. Huoneessamme oli ikkunat kahteen suuntaan, mikä toi mukavasti valoisuutta. Sijainti rauhallisella kadulla, josta aina löytyi parkkipaikka. Julkiset kulkuyhteydet oli hyvät ja helpot (bussi, U-bahn, Tram). Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista.
